Not a Bug Game is still on maintenance

All day long I receive a messageboard with the maintenance message. I can see on facebook that other players can acces their game. I have logged out, even started my computer again. I have no idea why I cannot get into the game but obviously I cannot contact support either @Marindor ?

I had a similar issue. I was trying to access the browser game from a saved link.

When I used this link I was able to access my city.

Could you see if it solves the issues you are having.

after waiting for the maintenance to be done for over 5h, I did what was suggested in that link and it works.

Checked, if you login directly by zz1.elvenar.com , then problem exist.
You need to pass through beta.elvenar.com for the problem to cease to exist.
Strange, it was never like that.

Nothing worked, because I was frozen out by zz1.elvenar.com. The last thing I tryed is the beta.elvanar.com and I am finally back in the game. Thnx for helping!
