Duplicate Game crash when helping main hall

We have a member that has been away sick for a while, Account: Thordar
If you visit his city and click on his Main hall the game crashes and reloads. I will assume some sort of limit has been reached in his Main Hall Capacity, as you can give help to culture or builder and have no issue.
I would expect either the Main Hall to not be available for help, or a message that states a limit has been reached, instead of crashing and reloading.
