Mention I’m returned to MY CITY on world map

Such cities have been moved out of the map due to inactivity.

I just tried by visiting your city, and everything was fine. I saw you on the center of my map

You won't get this if you are visiting active player. but that's not a bug anyway.

I think the interpretation of Karvest could be the cause

Players that are inactive for to long (5 weeks if I am not mistaken) are moven beyond the outer rim.
If you visit their town and go from that spot (outer rim) to the world map you would be lost in an not existing place.
To prevent the conflict situation and loosing you as well you are transported back to your own town on the world map.

Me being gone to the scary woods Inno can handle but you being lost in the nether would put them for a bigger problem.
