In the Fellowship window, under the Members tab, is a blue "I" information button.
This opens a window defining the Fellowship rights. In the final section, "Archmage", the last sentence reads:
"The Archmage can't leave the Fellowship, but he can appoint a new Archmage - which in turn makes him a Mage."
To adjust the gender specific wording, a potential change could be:
"The Archmage can't leave the Fellowship, but can appoint a new Archmage - and become a Mage. "
