Should be either they will also pack or pick UP all OF their productions and leave.
As time went by, the lands became more and more polluted, the rivers became poisoned and the soils infected, destroying the Fairies Natural habitats.
Should be destroying the Fairies' natural habitats.

(If you want to use the word grudge that is). or Fairies are still holding a grudge against the Dwarves? or Fairies have a lot of animosity/bitterness/hatred/distrust/resentment/rancor/hostility/antipathy/acrimony towards the Dwarves.
