Duplicate FA quests disappearing

When cycling thru the FA quests some keep disappearing !?

They only return when you decline the remaining quest or do a reload.

Looks like the same issue as with the normal quests that keeps disappearing if you cycle thru them all.

Mine also, but both of mine have disappeared. I went to collect on the badge I knew was up there before it disappeared and it did not make it reappear or confirm it.
