Duplicate Expansion in buildings menu messed up

Current situation:
In build menue the position for the expansions have changed - the order is now city, province and premium. It only appears with elves and Firefox (tested with Chrome, all fine there)

Expected situation:
Have the used order premium, city and province

Reproduction Steps
1. use Firefox and elves
2. open build menu and go to tab expansions, have a look at the order

I have that too. Also playing on Firefox as an Elf.

Playing as an elf, under Google Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m, I have the same kind of sorting issue on the "Expansions" tab:
- current order = City (Research), Province, Premium

- usual order = Premium, City (Research), Province

Well, I'm playing as Elf using Mozzila, and at one account everything is fine, but on another one I have the same problem as you guys. It seems that some accounts have this problem, some don't. Thank you for information you gave us so far.

We will continue with this issue in this thread. Reported problem is the same, but with cultural buildings. It looks like buildings are switching places in Building menu. Happens with military buildings, too.
