Current situation:
The daily reward is "blinking" and hovering the mouse over it doesn't show the specs.

Expected situation:
To have a stable image and possibility to see the specs of that building

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open the "window" of the event
2. Image of the daily reward is blinking.

Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!

its because of barracks is bugged and sending too much info, if you disconnect barracks its fixed

not an option - would mean to disconnect almost a third of my city.

This is indeed not a bug on its own, but a side effect of this bug, as indicated above.
