Not a Bug Ensorcelled Endowment not given

Hello,
I just have give my cultural buildings a Ensorcelled Endowment, but it isn't show on the buildings.
So i think it isn't working properly at this moment

I just looked at your buildings. Your enchanted buildings do have the sparkly twinkle of the Ensorcelled Endowment on them. But you will not get the increased culture benefit from the buildings until someone polishes them so you should change the (M) in your city name to (C) so that people hit those buildings instead of your MH :oops::rolleyes:;)

Just as the comments said above :) You need your culture building polished to benefit from the spell bonus.
