As not built yet, it shouldn't have or show a bonus

Reproduction Steps:
1. Have EE ready to build
2. Look at tooltip in build screen

5. __

I think i don't get it, why wouldn't you want to see this info?
It shows you what you would get if you would have it in your town right now, currently you have a culture bonus so you get a bit more then the normal production, but why do you think its better not to show that?

I wasn't aware it got a culture bonus, but that makes sense
And as my culture bonus is 150 right now, seems to be right. TY
