I cant post images in battle redesign so i will post it here, most likely its a bug but i am not going to make proper bug report since it will be rebalanced soon anyway.
Same unit types, same turn, full HP both, no debuffs, different results, 1 is from tournament, 1 is from province
I think this was caused when fixing bug with green archers doing 0 damage on sorceress without debuff in tournaments, so they raised threshold when this can occur much higher (they were raising it with every patch) so its hard to occur for normal people in tournament unless you are doing 30+ provinces, but on the other hand they didnt wanted to punish fighters in normal provinces.
But aparently with that fix they bugged green archers and they are doing 2x damage they are suppossed to do (maybe compensation from easy encounters from past?)
97 archers are doing 388-582 damage
Sorceress III has 90% base damage reduction against archers so they should take damage 38.8 - 58.2
but they are taking 2x that amount
So either Sorceress got nerf or archers doing inappropriate damage
