Currently when a player mouses over a cultural structure in their city, they see the value that structure and if it is boosted or not. If would be extremely helpful if when visiting others' cities to lend a helping hand that that information where available. That would allow the visitor to chose the best, or highest value, structure to aid that person and his or her city. Now a visitor has to remember which has the most benefit, a Temple of Ages or Garden of Harmony. That are not many that can remember all these values.
