Duplicate Display problem

I have a big display problem. All buildings are displayed. The buildings fairies are not displayed.
I play on the beta.

All buildings fairies disappeared. In fact nothing on the map.
I'm not a parasite. I pay to play.

I play Forge of Empires for three years, also on beta testworld. I never saw such a technical disaster.
Nor such a long period the technical staff didn't fix it.
