Duplicate Disappearing Banner

The Banner for this new event disappears from my Home City if I'm on another page too long, i.e. World Map. When this happens, I can't access this new event. I only get it back by logging out and logging back in. Google Chrome browser.

This is indeed a known bug, which was already reported here. We will continue in that thread
