How do I get a city pic like Meldron (on the left) ?
Currently I have one like lotharius but I like the one for Meldron better.
What do I have to build or research to achive this ?
Nevermind: it's probably because one is human and the other elf. It's very hard to see the difference now that more and more buildings are starting to look the same for humans and elves.
