Contact(ed) support Dawn of Phoenix Event Artifacts not showing in Inventory

For the event I have completed 61/75 quests and gathered the 2 Twilight Phoenix Artifacts.
In the feather swap, I have claimed 9 of the prizes, 4 of those prizes are Twilight Phoenix Artifacts.

the problem, there are only 2 of these artifacts showing up in inventory.

Oh, and forgot to mention, no I have not placed the Twilight Phoenix in my city, it is still in inventory.

Question: Did you use the phoenix artefacts to make the normal phoenix artefacts in your magic academy?
I see 2 of them in your inventory and to make 1 it takes 2 of the twilight phoenixes.
I know for I am turning them my self in to an upgrade for my fire bird.

Yep, if you crafted the Tome of the Phoenixes in the MA, each one of those used up two your your Twilight artifacts.

No, the 2 phoenix artifacts I have in inventory came from Sorceries. Oh wait.. you are saying that the phoenix artifacts were were used to craft the sorcery?? Well crap.....

yep, that is what we are saying.
Don't worry, the fire phoenix is the better of the 2 to own.
I am just at chapter 7 and I will turn the artefacts in to the once needed for the fire phoenix.
1x feeding is enough for 24h + the bird at max stage gives your troupes 50% more strength.

but 2 fire phoenix doesn't increase the FF enough to make it worth a hoot.

The base and two artifacts means you are getting 15% extra damage from the Fire Phoenix when you feed it and that 15% will definitely save you some troops and win you some battles that you would otherwise lose.

They are able to tell you what happened ith them if you had them or if you never received them in the first place
