Not a Bug Daunting Pumpkins upgraded(?) itself

Current situation:
My "Daunting Pumpkins" building gives 4300 culture. It seems to be upgraded somehow.

Expected situation:
It should give 3500 culture as it did before. I earned it while i was in chapter 9. (Well, during the related event (whatever its name was, i don't remember) chapter 10 was not even introduced.)

Reproduction Steps
I have no idea how to reproduce it. I redesigned my city today. After i was finished, i realized that it gives more culture than it should. I am not complaining too much though
But still, it seems to be a bug.

Up untill now there was no version of chapter 10 or onwards in the gamefiles.

They have added it now and maybe they made a mistake, or maybe they decided 4300 is a better number now for chapter9
Anyway we will have to ask the devs.
These are the new numbers i see: while it previously indeed was 3500 for lvl 9.

All levels below 9 stayed the same.

Good news! This is an intended change! It has to do with the addition of the later chapters for the event buildings that was announced in today's Release Notes
