Not a Bug Culture Bug

I have noticed for the 3 days I haven't been receiving the culture bonus points from my fellowship members when they do their daily visits to me and click on my Holy Codex. My total culture is 1 and has been for the past 3 days . I know that my fellowship members have been clicking culture bonus because I see the hands above my codex and the time remaining when I hover over the hands, then when I come back after the allotted time I still only have 1 culture.

Could you please look into this for me and fix the problem?

The culture bonus that you receive from your Neighbors is a temporary boost. It does not affect the total culture that you can spend on buildings in your city, and your culture counter will not include the boosts from Neighborly Help. You can see your Neighborly Help bonus by hovering the cloud icon just right of the culture counter in the top bar.

I suspect you're confusing Culture, which depends on your own buildings and decorations, with the Cultural Bonus which also includes Neighborly Help.
