Duplicate collection icons stay on the screen

Reproducibility: today every time I collect goods, coins or tools and then scroll or move around the screen before they have disappeared.

Current situation: Some of the icons of collected supplies etc remain on the screen wherever I go in the game. It happens when I click to collect and then move around before they have completely gone. This seems to freeze them wherever they were on the screen and they stay there whether I visit the map, provinces or other players.

Expected situation: collected icons should disappear after collection

1 click to collect goods coins or tools

2 scroll around the screen before the icons have vanished

Today it is not happening every time. So maybe it is only when the server is very busy.

Confirmed. Today I deliberately did not scroll after collecting my granite. I have 10 mines all in a row and whilst half of the collection icons disappeared as normal, the remaining 5 stayed on the screen.
