Not a Bug Coin Mills (world map) ... found only 1

Current situation:
Not sure if it is a bug (guess it is, and might have to do with the running and paritcipating tournament). But today, after days without collecting any coins on the world map, I only found 1 coin mill.

Expected situation:
I expected to find about 10 collectable coins in coin mills.

As long as you have neighbours and gold mines on world map, everything is working correctly.
Number of gold mines vary. When new player starts playing this game he/she automatically gets town which takes place of existing gold mine on map. And opposite, when player is inactive for some predetermined period of time, his/her town is erased from world map, and gold mine takes its place.
