Cannot reproduce City Re Modeling

Hi guys, it is virtually impossible to re model your city unless you wish to log and re log and re log again and again to move one piece and before I can do more I need to say this as if I do not write this now it will not let me do this either...."((

We have moved around a bunch of buildings, but it works correctly for us. Do you have any more details about this issue you can share?
