I have researched City Expansion number 10, but can't place it. :/ it is not available... ????? it is researched!

Refreshing etc pp didn't help.

I need this expansion *lol*

I have 11 (eleven) expensions for diamonds... but have no diamonds...

sorry, I didn't understand your explanations in other posts (counter etc.)

I want to know the time I am able (and allowed??) to set city expension number 10.
