Southern part of the city background has some visual glitch (different colour palette)

Expected:
Proper colour of city background

Reproduction steps:
1. observe southern part of the city

I think it's intended to be that way. To me, it seems like fog from the deep.

EDIT: - sorry. I was looking at the wrong part. I think for the winter they added a layer and somehow that layer isn't complete on that side.
