Quest title: __ None - Provincial Tournaments

Current situation:
Combat difficulty scales with your Squad Size technology and distance, as do the Catering Costs, but the multiplier for Catering Costs seems to be much too low.

Expected situation:
Catering and Combat should both offer a similar challenge

Reproduction Steps
1. Research the Chapter II technology
2. Click on the world map icon
3. Select a Tournament
4. Select an Encounter

The higher levels of the tournaments will offer bigger challenges, this is not a bug.

Either way, the Tournaments are a walk in the park, even on Auto-Fight. This is the sixth or seventh tournament, and I only lost ONE Treant, on Auto-Fight.

The tournaments are available at the end of chapter II, so for more advanced players, this will be very easy at first.

We have just deployed an update on our Beta servers containing balancing changes for future Tournaments:

• Cater costs for Tournament Encounters have been increased, as the costs turned out to be too low in the last Tournament - the changes will be in effect from the next Tournament on, which starts today

WHOOOT!!!!! - This bug should therefore be flipped to Confirmed. I'magonna lobby for some Beta Diamonds!
