Quest title: A Place To Be (build ancient grounds)
Current situation:
I am not able to place Ancient Grounds : when I click on "Place" from Buildings menu, the Builder's Hut menu appears instead !
Expected situation:
Be able to place the Ancient Grounds.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open the Buildings menu
2. Select Ancient Grounds on culture tab, click on "Place"
3. The Builder's Hut menu appears
