Cannot login Sept 15, 2016

I cannot login around 20 mins ago
i attemp many times
it just stack at 8/24

i have check and find there is an update in Sept 15

do any 1 has the same problem as me ?

it work again, can go to 24/24

end up back to 8/24 again
and
cannot go into game
