Building time for “Grapevines” is incorrect

Reproducibility: 5/5 (1/5 = happened once; 2/5 = happens randomly; 3/5 = happens sometimes; 4/5 = happens often, but not always; 5/5 = happens always)
Current situation:
Construction time on the build menu for the culture building “Grapevines” is two hours. When I build it the construction time is approximately two hours and 50 minutes.

Expected situation:
__Building times listed on the build menu should match the actual build time.
__Build time for “Grapevines” should be 2 hours.


Reproduction Steps
1. Place “Grapevines” in your city.
2. Observe remaining build time even with builder boost exceeds 2 hours

Rounding issue, as usual. 2h 47m rounded to 2h. Not sure how why they don't show minutes for times which are less than 10h, imho there is enough of space for that.

This is the browser version:

wich tells 2:50, and this is the time to build it actually. Unfortunately not 2 hrs (only).

I'm a "app user" and a lot of times (i.e tournament, or events) are shown by "cutting" the remaining minutes, mainly for space reason (I suppose, like Karvest).
Sometimes it's very upsetting, but... that's the way it goes.

We can indeed confirm that this is not a 'bug', but a part of the way that the App will round down times to the nearest hour.
As Uffauffa quite rightly shows the time is 2 hours 50 minutes for these.

Always some new quirk to learn.

Even so, 2:50 = 2*6+50 = 170, so the builder hut boost should give me 17 minutes off, which would be 2:33.
I have a hunch that wasn’t applied at all, though I think a boost was deducted.

2:50 includes builder boost (notice number is green). original time is 11340s (189 minutes)
