Fixed building inventar text wrong

if there is no building inside, the text begins with "You have not received a building yet".

which is clearly wrong, I already have gotten the observatory, the venar's rock and three summer flower cages. I just placed them in the city. that means that my inventory is empty, but not that I have not received a building yet.

I actually really don't understand why the game is accusing me of never gotten any building?

Agreed - this does seem a little odd. Possibly this should say something like 'There are no buildings in your Inventory at the moment'. We will forward this for consideration.
