Not a Bug bug reporting on regular US server does not work

Tried to file a bugreport on the US forum. Got endlessly returned to the page with the guide on how to do so, couldn't fill out the title, couldn't post without the title.

Tried the same with another browser. Same result
Tried the same on another computer. Same result
Logged off on the first computer and logged on to the forum again. Same result
Logged off on the second computer and logged on to the forum again. Same result.
Restarted first computer, then logged on to the forum again. Same result.
Didn't try restarting the second computer due to other activities.

Quest title: none

Current situation:
When trying to report a bug on the regular US server it doesnt let me.
When trying to fill in the title the page automatically returns to the page with the guide on bugreporting


Expected situation:
Being able to fill out the titlebar on a new issue.
