Duplicate Broken Valor...Bufing Enemy

I know this might be copy of some post but maybe this will help DEV team with working it out. I saw sorceres broken valor debuff buffing enemy instead of lowering its dmg. Even + dmg on archers and atack bonus on heavy mele dont work on her. I hope those ss will help with fixing it.
First ss show normal enemy mele fighter (no def bonus no incresed dmg etc)
Second ss show when i hit him with my mele soldier when he got Broken Valor debuff and dmg calculated is -60% with this broen valor without it he get normal 100%
Third ss Debuff ,,Broken Valor -60% atack'' but enemy still do 100% atack
Hope it help fixing it asap becouse untill now instead of debuff enemy get buff from sorceres -.-
Its showed as fixed issue but its still not working right
