Duplicate black hole in the world map

sorry to bother you, but there is one black hole in the world map - the player's name with the hole is Fargo - his icon disappeard - it has no effect on me - but it looks strange did not try to give him NBH
my name is Lysande, world zz1 - HTML, playing with PC , everytime I go to the world map, first thought of a loading error, but it consists.
