Do we know if and when Bear Artifacts will appear as recipes in the MA for 3 blueprints? I still see Stonehenge and Phoenix Artifacts occasionally in my MAs. Now sure if it's intended. Thanks.

I certainly hope so. A rotation between phoenix and bears would make sense, perhaps with the "other" one being the same as the spire, like stonehenge.
So 3 or 4 months Bird>Bear>Bird>Bear repeat
and every 2-3 months Stonehenge>Mermaid>3,4,5,6,7,8,9 whatever following behind spire
