Cannot reproduce bad quest Complete 1 residence upgrade to level 11 or higher

I have completed more residence higher level 11 but Quest doesn't work

I already reported such a bug some time ago and others have reported this also. But even though this is reported multiple times now and clearly is happening they seems to be unable to reproduce it .

Edit: Again this night it happened, on this world and on nl1.

This happens with both the upgrade residence to lvl 11 and upgrade building to lvl 11 quests. I thought it was just overnight when I was logged out that the quest failed to trigger on completion but today it happened while logged in and waiting for builder to be available again

does not acknowledge upgrade from 10 to 11, works for further upgrades

Did two residences 17 -> 18, none worked for the quest.

Unfortunately we have been unable to reproduce this particular issue.

We do want to assure you that we are working on improvements to our systems in regard to the quests, as we are obviously aware that some quests have a tendency to fail to complete, even though we are unable to reproduce individual cases.

I think i did like 4-5 upgrades and it's still ignoring me

Best way to reproduce imo is :
- start the upgrade (Let's say it needs 9hr to complete)
- wait more than 9hr, like 12
- log in : upgrade will be done but won't count for quest.
