any need of Woodelves Forest Glade and Garfting site

after we enter "sorcere and Dragon" chapter

do we need to keep those grafting site and forest glade...etc ?????

it seems there is a big revolution in buildings of "Sorcerer and Dragon"

There is a need to re-plan and re-arrange whole city...

I don't know for sure, but can't imagine why we would need them. Those were only needed for producing the specific chapterrelated specialty goods, like with the other guestraces.
I'd be most unhappy if we needed them again, since I sold everything except the portal. I expect a quest for that one.

As for the other buildings, it's hard to imagine one would need about 20x20 for the specialty goods of this chapter AND another amount of slightly less that for the stuff from the previous chapter as well

you dont need any of those thing, however you might want to keep your portal. there might be a quest that asks you to destory your portal. That is if you do the quests
