Negative production in granite mine after cancellation op upgrade.

Expected situation:
Normal production.

Reproduction Steps
1. Start granite mine upgrade
2. Wait till last 30 minutes or so and then cancel upgrade

Reload or logout/login doesn't help, still negative production.
