It happens to me now for a long time, but somehow I was too lazy to report it so far
... sorry 'bout that.
If I fight an encounter I mostly fight with fast speed (>>>)
The setting looks saved from the last battle, at least the button shows (>>>),
but even with the button showing (>>>) the speed in a new encounter is only medium (>>),
so I have to cycle through the speed settings once until I am again at (>>>) to really fight with fast speed.
