Won't fix [7022] Walking on Rooftops

The pedestrians are walking on the rooftops, about 25% of the time, rather than staying on the road.
I can provide system details if they're needed, but I suspect this is all about graphic overlays.

The walker is just to the right of the Zzzz in the center of the snapshot.

As this only happens when hardware acceleration is turned off, this won't be fixed. We are still working on improving the hardware acceleration feature. Once that is completed, it won't be possible anymore to play without it (as has been announced when we first launched the hardware acceleration feature). We would rather spend the time on improving that, then fixing this fairly minor glitch.
