Fixed [7021] Some quests still require 3x 24-hour production

From release notes:
" quests that demanded three 24-hour productions have been changed to require just one, and at the same time the reward has been rebalanced so that these quests will be more rewarding"

Quests still ask 3 instead of one 24h production.
