Fixed [7014] " don't show up in chat if there is a word before and after.

An example
If I just write: ["test"], or [that needs "testing"]
it is displayed correct,
but if I write: [I have to "test" it] the result is [I have to test it]

Just checked some more:
A word behind a word in " is enough for the " not showing
