Fixed [5533] Can't access Settings

After switching to fullscreen and back to window mode I can't acces the options and some other buttons in the bottom right menu, because they are cut off.

If I want to change anything I have to go fullscreen again.

Thank you for reporting this issue, we can indeed confirm it.

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the options menu
2. Switch to Full Screen Mode
3. Exit Full Screen Mode
4. See how the bottom part of the options menu disappears behind the (windows) bottom bar

Current situation:
When one goes into full screen mode and we return to normal mode, the icon of the gearing disappears.

Expected situation:
The gearing icon should be there !

workaround :
when in full screen, close the settings bar
then press the <Escape> key
