Fixed [5036] Broken Quest: "Elvenar Sorceresses 1"

Quest title: __Elven Sorceresses 1 (if applicable)

Current situation:
__Elven Sorceresses 1 calls for me to upgrade one Armory and upgrade one Magic Dust Manufactory. I clicked "Okay", and then upgraded both. When the upgrades completed 12 hours later, the Quest failed to acknowledge that, and failed to complete. I contacted Support, who said there had been an update that day, and I should try again. I did that, with no change in the Quest. It can not be completed, and I can not get past it to any subsequent Quests.
I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY !!!

Current situation:
__Quest requires to build those two buildings, but it doesn't register upgrade of magic dust manufactory.

Expected situation:
__After doing what the Quest asked for, it should have acknowledged that and completed.

3. __Wait 10h to see that you upgraded it for nothing.

I have re-tested this issue, but was not able to reproduce it on the current game version. Upgrading an Armory and a Magic Dust Manufactory both worked perfectly. Do you have more detailed information on what you did in order to try and complete the quest?

I wasn't on line when the upgrade of magic dust manufactory has finished and I was online when the upgrade of armory has finished

Expected situation:
When the upgrade finshed online, it's ok.
When the upgrade finshed offline, it's not considered.

1. upgrade an armory finished offline => not considered
2. upgrade an armory finished online => ok
3. construct a magic dust manufactory
4. upgrade the magic dust manufactory finished offline=> not considered

Could you try completing this quest again @ledjeuf ? Yesterday we installed a hotfix which should positively influence this quest as well :)

Ah ok thanks, the upgrade of my magic dust manufactory is in progress, I'll post if it's ok this evening
