Fixed [43736] Spire (and Tournament) freeze when attempting to fight in an encounter

Current situation:
Game freezes when starting manual Spire battle.
Expected situation:
Should be able to manually fight without game freezing.


Reproduction Steps:
1. Enter spire
2. Select option "Fight" in Encounter
3. Game froze in battle field: 1st attempt my first move, couldn't fight, lost the battle progress at the bottom, and couldn't return to spire.
4. Game froze at battle loading window with all subsequent attempts
5. Convincing works and is currently the only option for me to advance in the Spire.

Thanks @ZodiBeta - confirmed, with the exception that for me after step 3, when I reload the battle loads fully on selecting 'Continue Combat' but then I'm back to step 3 with the game freezing on my first attempt to move/fight

Expected situation:
Should be able to manually fight without game freezing.
