Confirmed [42425] Log in issues following scheduled downtime

It loaded into my smaller Beta city and then after I collected one of the repeating quests, it gave me a new quest that looked like it was from chapter 3 or 4. It had a green check mark, so I clicked to complete it and that caused an internal error. This other city has the new version of research, if that helps figuring out the issue.

Edit: everything with my older city that matches this account seems to be working correctly, though.

And now my city with the new research tree will not load at all, in the browser or the app, but my main city still loads properly. It looks like the new update messed up the cities with the new research.

I just sent in a Support ticket from that city. Even with the server error, I was able to access the in-game reporting function.

Today, I was able to log into the city where I was having this problem and it seems to be fixed. I logged in and out and back a couple of times and cycled through the repeating quests and no sign of the issue.
