Not a Bug [35952] Ch18 - some rewards in tech tree are missing levels

Current situation:
In chapter 17 rewards in tech tree for manufactories shows levels with yellow star

In chapter 18 rewards in tech tree for manufactories doesnt show level

that level is not mentioned even in the description neither and it should be also clear its only 1 level, which is different from all other chapters we had previously

Expected:
Either description mentioning what levels of buildings are unlocked or yellow star below picture with levels of building

Reproduction steps:
1. open tech tree
2. observe rewards for manufactories in previous chapters and compare it to chapter 18 manufactories

These are also not there for Chapter 16 (see attached image). So I'm not sure if they should be there or not, but there is at least a discrepancy, so we'll forward it anyway.

This appears to be not a bug. Levels are only shown when there's a range, not when there's only 1 level per technology.
