Current situation:
"connection problems" icon is shown after login despite of there are no problems. Probably wrong default state of that icon, or it is initialized before connection is established and don't disappear afterwards.
Expected situation:
No icon if there are no problems.
Reproduction Steps:
1. log in
2. notice icon
3. check chat and realtime notifications are actually working
4. click on icon
5. notice it disappeared.
Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!
