Fixed [35713] Multiple factory production is not started using hotkey

Current situation:
If you select multiple production option and try to start all factories with hotkey, only one factory is started.

Expected situation:
All factories should be started, no matter if you click on a button or press hotkey.
Same thing was with workshops when multiple production was introduced for them, and it was fixed.

Reproduction Steps:
1. have multiple factories of the same type and level
2. open any of them to start production
3. check multiple production checkbox
4. press a hotkey to start production
5. notice that only one factory is started

It may not be able to work the same as it does with workshops. The level of the workshop does not matter when starting all, but it does with the factories, so that may prevent the hotkey from working at all with this.

I guess they just forgot that hotkey is a thing. same as it was with workshops awhile ago.
