Current situation:
Tooltip for evolving building shows human's population icon while i am elf, in inventory it shows elf's population icon, in evolution stages it shows human's icon again

Expected:
Elf players should have elf's population icon everywhere

Reproduction steps:
1. open event window on mobile
2. tap on evolving builing to see tooltip
3. observe icon for population
4. open inventory
5. find that building there
6. description of that building shows elf's icon for population
7. tap on it
8. on fullscreen description window it shows elf's population icon
9. tap on Evolutions
10. tap on any stage of the building
11. observe that tooltip shows human's population icon
