Current situation:
No background image for tournament provinces.

Expected situation:
Normal background for tournament provinces

Reproduction Steps:

1. Wait till tournament is available
2. Go to world map
3. Observe no background for tournament provinces

This happened after todays update, earlier this morning backgrounds were visible.

Reminds me of https://beta.forum.elvenar.com/index.php?threads/33445-world-map-cities-with-blank-graphics.15489 but now it is for tournament provinces, not towns !

it might be a bug but tbh I really like it It's so much easier to spot the tournament provinces
