Visiting other players highlights profile, quest givers and event banner for no reason

Expected situation:
No unnecessary highlighting of objects

Reproduction steps:
1. press F or N
2. click on any player to visit him/her
3. while loading his/her city observe that your profile, quest givers and event banner highlight for no reason

i can confirm that this is happening, and it isnt happening on live servers yet.
If this is a bug however, or part of a change i cannot tell.
