Current situation:
Crafting offers in Magic academy doesnt reset properly, when timer runs out while being offline and then upon opening it first time after log it, it shows old offers

Expected situation:
proper reset in MA

Reproduction steps:
1. Have magic academy
2. check offers in crafting tab
3. go offline
4. wait until MA reset its timer
5. log in
6. open crafting tab in magic academy
7. observe same offers
8. close MA
9. open it again
10. observe new offers

I can confirm this. Also, the new 8 hour timer starts only AFTER you see the new offers, even if the previous timer ended some time ago. So this might be an issue with the timer for the recipes.
